Paul Crosby, MA
Paul serves as the VP of Development for the US C&MA, where he leads the team in partnering with individuals, churches, and others in supporting the C&MA work in over 80 countries. Paul has served as a church planter, international worker, and nonprofit leader. He was born and raised in the Philippines as an Alliance MK. He has a heart for leadership development, particularly among the under-resourced, as well as partnerships around the world. Paul has a BA from Toccoa Falls College in cross-cultural studies, an MA in Global Leadership from Fuller Seminary, and is ordained in The Alliance.

Andrew Hoskins, DBA
Andrew has led multicultural teams for the past two decades and has extensive experience working with diverse cultures across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He teaches business strategy and leadership at the doctoral level and is the COO for The Exodus Road, a nonprofit fighting to disrupt global human trafficking. Andrew holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University and an MA in International Development from the University of South Carolina. He is an ICF Certified coach and author of Leading Multicultural Teams: The First Five Tools for Global Leaders.

Sandy Kang, MA
Sandy is a leadership coach, mentor, and ordained minister with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. With a background in early childhood education and community development, she is currently the founding director of Nexus Mentoring. Sandy holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is completing her Ed.D. at Trevecca Nazarene University.

Lead Pastor, San Jose Christian Alliance Church
Ted Kang, DMin
Ted is a ministry leader who ministers to, mentors, and develops leaders around the world. He serves as lead pastor of San Jose Christian Alliance Church and as Corporate Vice President of the U.S. Christian and Missionary Alliance. Ted holds a B.S. from McGill University (Canada), an M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a D.Min. from Alliance Theological Seminary.

Rick Mann, PhD
Rick is Professor of Leadership and Strategy at Trevecca Nazarene University, where he also directs their MBA program. He has served with the Alliance as lead pastor, church planter, international work, and college president. He has an MDiv from Ambrose University (Canada), an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and an MA and PhD from Ohio State University. He is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Leadership Coach and Consultant
Blythe Mason, DMin
Blythe is a leadership coach and mentor and a licensed worker with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. She served with the Alliance for 6 years as a church planter in Trenton, NJ, and for 16 years as an international worker in Eastern Europe. She has an MDiv from Alliance Theological Seminary and a DMin from Northeastern Seminary at Roberts Wesleyan University. Her studies and research have focused on effective leadership development of women in ministry settings.

Tim Meier, DMin
Tim is the Lead Pastor at Grace Church in Cleveland, OH, a multi-site and multi-cultural church with a heart to reach Northeast Ohio and around the globe. Tim has served for over 20 years in local and global church ministry, and previously at Grace as a Vice President for the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He holds an MDiv and DMin from Alliance Theological Seminary (NYC). Tim's passion is to see Kingdom leaders developed and mobilized for strategic and healthy ministry.

Jeremy Moorman, MBA
Jeremy has served in executive leadership roles at successful industrial companies around the world, including experience in Finance, Information Technology, Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Business Development. His board and strategy engagements have covered a wide range of situations, from small community-based nonprofit groups to publicly-traded Fortune 1000 companies. He has served with the Alliance in a number of roles around the world. He has also served as an Elder with Jonathan Schaefer at Grace Church. Jeremy is an alum of the ASCENT Leadership Lab. Jeremy has been a valuable advisor to many of our Alliance teams around the world.

Global Coach & Consultant / Co-Leader of AWF Cohort
Mike Sohm, MDiv
Mike has a long track record of ministry leadership and coaching both in the US and overseas. Starting off as an international worker with the Alliance in Thailand, Mike went on to serve as the Regional Director for East Asia, Assistant Vice President for Alliance Missions, Executive Vice President at Crown College, and President of CAMA Services. Mike earned an MDiv at Ambrose University (Canada). Today, Mike is active in coaching Alliance leaders around the world

Director of Operations
Carola Thompson, MA
Carola, originally from Germany, serves as the Operations Manager for the Development Team at the US C&MA National Office. She is an ASCENT (formerly the Strategic Leadership Incubator-SLI) program alum. She has a Master's in Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is completing her MBA at Trevecca Nazarene University.​​

Kelvin Walker, DMin
Kelvin has a strong track record of ministry leadership at the local level, district level, and national level. After some years of local church ministry, Kelvin then served as the District Superintendent for the Metro District of the C&MA. Before becoming the VP of Church Ministries, he served for many years as the Coreporate Vice-President of the US C&MA.
